Austin's Restaurant in Incline features the same mountain comfort food as in Reno, but on a much smaller scale. The quaint restaurant also is going green, offering biodegradable packaging and "green food" such as, Loch Duart Salmon. It's flown in fresh from Scotland and is sustainable, which means naturally raised without growth hormones. Gigantic salads serving five people are offered as well as the popular chicken fried chicken and steak. The bar offers microbrews, wines, and cocktails including $8.95 Tahoe-sized martinis.
