Hash House A Go Go, now open at Harrah's Reno, is the fourth location in Nevada for the San Diego original. The restaurant and bar took the place of Cafe Napa but keeps its 24/7 role with a menu of "twisted farm food" — semi-familiar dishes and giant portions.
