The couple that own Big Apple Pizza have East Coast pedigree, and it's nice to have a slice of New York cuisine in Sparks, with authentic pizza (including gourmet options), calzones, stromboli, Buffalo wings and traditional Italian entrees, too. They call it a real pizzeria because everything is made in-house, from the mozzarella to the meatballs to the bread. And they can make enough of it for catering, too.
