The pizza franchise takes its name from the famous Brooklyn original and uses a coal-fired oven to give the pies a unique flavor. The oven is re-stoked daily at 4 p.m., which takes about half an hour, but that's what the bar is for, right?

We started with a salad. We were told the salads and appetizers are big enough to share for 2 people. So we just ordered 1 Caesar. They were right...
