Basically, the Brickhouse Bakery serves baked goods of every sort, from cinnamon rolls to muffins to doughnuts, but they also have vegan versions of many items, including cookies, cheese cake and brownies. Packed into the West Street Market, they also serve beignets sandwiches (with vegetarian options) and cakes to order. Of special note is the "angry cake" policy, which means they will let you write anything you want on a cake.
