Fusion China is the greasy spoon of Chinese joints. But that doesn't mean they don't stuff the menu chock full of cheap, filling Chinese food in a small Virginia Street storefront featuring red checkered tablecloths that's open fairly late. Here's a place where you can still get the old-fashioned egg foo young, or spare ribs or the house special -- fried rice with pork, chicken and shrimp. The General Tsao Chicken is spicy, popular and comes with broccoli. Delivery within a 3-mile radius is free with a $10 minimum order. Counter service is the procedure if you're eating in.
