Attentive staff, excellent food and a lively atmosphere mark CJ Palace in Spanish Springs. It's got a small sushi bar and a large dining area. The dining area near the sushi bar is bright while the rest is dimmer and more intimate. Among the most popular dishes are the Mongolian beef and the crystal shrimp sushi roll.
