Noble Pie Parlor, (Fomerly called Pie-Face Pizza Co.) sits downtown below historic the El Cortez Hotel and upholds the ideals of incredible pizza and craft beers. They'll deliver to anywhere downtown at ridiculously late hours. Their pizza offerings include New York-style, mini-calzones, garlic knots and seasonal salads. Bully's is a classic sports bar equipped with numerous TVs, most fed by satellites, so you can watch just about any sporting event that's televised. This local chain has become popular for its pub food, but the menu also includes upscale items including steak and seafood. The decor is low-key and the atmosphere casual, making Bully's an ideal setting to have drinks with friends. The full bar includes 20 beers on tap, and cocktails include jumbo-sized Bloody Marys and screwdrivers. Like most locations, this one is open 24 hours a day. Wingstop serves up buffalo wings in nine different flavors including Cajun and Atomic, which have garnered awards at wing festivals. The menu consists primarily of wings and a few side dishes, however boneless chicken strips are offered for those who don't want to mess with the, well, mess. For the health-conscious who splurge, it is comforting to know the chicken is deep fried in non-trans-fat oil. Happy hour is Monday through Thursday and draft and bottled beer is discounted. The small restaurant has a handful of tables and is decorated with nostalgic pieces of aviation equipment from the 1930s and 40s.
