Roxy's chef is also in charge here, focusing on the rice foundation and then indulging flights of fancy with the fillings. The place has contemporary design with Asian touches, just a few feet away from the fountain between Eldorado and Silver Legacy. Happy hours offer half off a la carte rolls from 5-6 p.m. and 9-10 p.m. All you can for Fridays and Saturdays is $24.99.
