Sierra Joe's is a fun, original burger and Philadelphia cheesesteak restaurant. In 1979, owner Joe Joyner discovered his love for grilling hamburgers and cheese steaks. In 1994 he discovered his love for the Sierra when he moved with his family from New Jersey to Carson City. In 2006 Joyner combined his love for both grilling and the area by creating Sierra Joe's. Sierra Joe's is a Carson City-Sierra themed diner and offers both counter and table seating. At Joe's there are 20 different kinds of burgers as well as nine different types of sandwiches and special healthy and heart-smart meal options.
