The Buffet at the Eldorado has undergone a $5 million renovation, which means unexpected elegance accompanies the all-you-can-eat spread. Amid the artisan glass and flat-panel TVs, the food also has enjoyed a boost from the special attentions of Eldorado executive chef Troy Cannan of the famed Lulou's Restaurant. The varied and ever-changing cuisine is fresh from the Eldorado's own bakery, butcher shop, pasta shop, and gelato factory. This buffet is fancier than most, but you still shouldn't be afraid to trot in wearing your best slot machine or bar crawl garb.
