The Bridgetender moved from its original location in 2002, but the rustic vibe belies its young age. A bustling patio as big as the indoor restaurant feeds diners in the summer next to the Truckee River right about where rafters put their boats in, while the kitchen cranks out 13 kinds of burgers (including veggie), wraps, salads, chili, soups and hot dogs. The kitchen is open till midnight on weekends, and the full bar is open till midnight daily.
