It seems to happen about every six months or so: Rumors surface that Beyoncé Knowles and her husband, Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter, are expecting their first child. The latest one comes from Us Magazine, who reported on Oct. 20 that a source close to Beyoncé confirmed the pregnancy rumors.
When she got the news, "B was shocked," the anonymous source told Us. "She loves kids, but she wasn't ready to be a mother just yet." But another source described the singer as "so happy," and sister Solange Knowles, while neither confirming or denying the rumors, said, "She'll be a great mom."
[Update: Beyoncé's mom, Tina Knowles, denied the pregnancy rumors during an interview with Ellen DeGeneres. "With all the rumors by now I should have five or six grandchildren," she joked. Guess Beyoncé Babywatch 2010 will have to get put on hiatus again.]
