Lady Antebellum
The 45th annual Academy of Country Music Awards took place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Sunday, Apr. 18, and for once, Taylor Swift didn't dominate the evening (although her performance was one of the show's bigger spectacles). Lady Antebellum were the evening's big winners, taking home five trophies including Song of the Year and Single Record of the Year. Miranda Lambert won three awards, including Top Female Vocalist and Top Album of the Year, while Carrie Underwood scored her second straight Entertainer of the Year award and a soaking-wet Brad Paisley (who had just concluded his performance by falling into a hot tub) accepted his fourth straight Top Male Vocalist.
