How excited am I for Skyfall, the next James Bond flick that opens on Nov. 9? I'm going to start waiting in line right after I finish this post.
This is the 50th anniversary of the first 007 flick, Dr. No, so it's a time for retrospectives, special DVD sets, limited edition cologne, and best/worst lists. I've seen all of the Bond flicks approximately 57 times, and creating a list in my head of the best and worst Bond flicks is something I do whenever a new adventure is released. If you're a Bond fan too you're probably the same way.
So...what are the best and worst Bond films (not counting Never Say Never Again, which really isn't considered part of the official Bond films)? While I hate leaving out the films I really like but don't completely love, I'm limiting it to three spots each. Here's my list. Your mileage may vary.
2. Casino Royale
1. A View To A Kill
3. Die Another Day
The Spy Who Loved Me
Licence To Kill
