Will Ferrell, dressed as Ron Burgundy and playing a mean jazz flute, stopped by Conan O'Brien's talk show Wednesday night to break the big news: Paramount Pictures has officially greenlit a sequel to 2004 comedy Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.

First Burgundy ribbed Conan saying, "You look awful. You look like someone put a bright big fright wig on a skeleton. ... I'm being kind right now."

"So you came on the show to play the flute and insult me?" said Conan.

"No, I actually have an announcement," said Ferrell. "As of oh-nine-hundred Mountain Time, Paramount Pictures and myself, Ronald Joseph Aaron Burgundy, have come to terms on a sequel to Anchorman. It is official: There will be a sequel to Anchorman."

He then played more jazz flute as he exited the stage.
