Nada Dada Motel Recap | Metromix Reno

Nada Dada Motel Recappick

Look back at the inimitable art event

Metromix
June 23, 2009

The Nada Dada Motel set up once again in Reno, with artists renting rooms (and paying a hefty sum to do so) at the historical El Cortez Hotel and at the more modern and, well, shabby Town House Motor Lodge.

The rooms served as blank canvasses for their creative whims (and many opted to move all the beds, lamps and TVs into storage). And from Thursday to Sunday, they invited the public in to see, touch and feel the art.
