Katie and Kim have fun in the sun before the second annual Run Amuck race, part of the Reno River Festival held every year in downtown Reno.

Run Amuck takes participants, most in costume of some sort, from Wingfield Park to Idlewild Park and back. At Idlewild, they encountered obstacles including the mud pit for which the event is named.
