The West Street Wine Bar has wine wine and more wine, by the glass or bottle, and is at home in the West Street Market. The "Le Verre de Vin" system lets them open a bottle to poor you a glass and keep the rest fresh for four weeks (it even adds carbon dioxide to champagne to keep things bubbly). While sipping one of the 25-30 eclectic choices, equally diverse music is piped right from the owner's iPod, so things can easily be mixed up.
