Scruples Bar and Grill opens its patio in the summer, an enclosed space with an open roof that lets the sun and air in but guards the fact that you're in a strip mall on Plumb Lane. Get some bar drinks or bar food and take in on of the concerts in the annual Scruples Unplugged concert series.
