Coach's is a place to get a drink, a bite or a game of pool any time of the day, every day. The place, which feels like a sports bar not so heavy on the sports, likes to call its menu a little more upscale from the standard fried-food place. Coach's specialty, shrimp kisses, are shrimp stuffed with jalapeno peppers and cheese, wrapped in bacon and fried or broiled. Elsewhere on the menu you'll find chicken wings, burgers, calamari rings, salads, pizza and pasta. Local brew Buckbean is on tap, and there's patio seating out front, but it merely overlooks a parking lot. You might find more action inside on the pool table, video games, shuffleboard and Internet jukebox. Happy hour from 3:30-6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
