Take a trip back to the Old West in The Cutthroat Saloon at the Hyatt. Throughout the space you will find dollar bills and foreign currency stapled to walls, beams and the ceiling. Not only does the decor of old leather bar stools, lanterns and wood-beams match the Wild West, so does the food presentation. The food is served in panning dishes, and beverages are served in mason jars. The menu consists of casual American food, steaks, salad, sandwiches and pizza. Live entertainment is offered Friday and Saturday nights. Hours are seasonal, be sure to check in advance.
