The Brew House Tavern is a smoking bar and offers food packaged to go, but it can be eaten on site. The menu features chicken, tri-tip, chopped pork, and Mexican fare. The meats are slow roasted on a wood-fired rotisserie. All the marinades, salsas and seasonings are original and made fresh every day. Doc's Dry Rub is a special blend of 22 spices prepared especially for the tri-tip.
