Rapscallion is an upscale seafood restaurant designed in the style of old San Francisco. They haven't built their own Golden Gate (yet), but the place does its best to bring in fresh seafood for their 20 specials served alongside certified prime Angus beef. To go with your fish or cow is an expansive wine list and a full bar that dispenses signature sauce. Happy Hour is Monday through Friday from 4 to 6:30 p.m.
