Stillwater Pool Bar and Grille at the Hyatt is the perfect place for poolside refreshments. Exotic umbrella drinks like Sierra Cloud -- Malibu rum, creme de banana, blue curaco, pineapple juice, and coconut flavors -- and Killer Turtle -- melon and banana liqueurs, pineapple juice, sweet and sour, and lemon lime soda top the bar list. Seating is available at the small bar, a handful of wooden patio tables, or take it to your lounge chair. The menu is printed on a wooden plank shaped like a boat. A variety of specialty salads, sandwiches, and grilled items are offered.
