How Ghetto

Last Saturday not only was the service crappy but this place was a complete joke. We were celebrating so we bought VIP and had a group of about ten people. The owner was pissed that her security had seated us by her friends and her VIP area. When we went out to the dance floor they had the nerve to move our things to a different section, upon our return we were told that if we didn't buy a bottle (which is not cheep) that we had to move. So here we spent money on VIP bought about three rounds and now we are being told we have to buy a bottle because the manager has friends that want to sit in our section and they are buying a bottle. When we tried to get another round and buy a bottle the cocktail waitress ignored us. So we did the next best thing took our business else where. LMAO I have been to alot of night clubs and this one is on the bottom of the chain for the night clubs in Reno.

I read reviews about this place and it seems that most are wrong. This place is great, friendly and have the hottest girls! Ill be back for sure! Thanks to metromix you have a customer for life!

B-Day party - Italian Festival Weekend

This one of the best nghtclubs that I've been too and the 'Owner/Partner' of the club is one of the classiest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting! He definitely took care of us so major prop's to him and his staff! As a side note, I'm from Northern California and I spend a lot of time in Tahoe and Vegas so I can sicerely appreciate outstanding service when I come across it. Keep up the good work and the music is off-the-hook!.

If you like to watch old men slobber all over young, scantily clad, misplaced Vegas-ites, then this place is for you. The overpriced drinks are mediocre and having been there with "regulars" I would have expected generous pours, after tipping as though I myself were a regular. Exciting, this place is not.

I was treated very poorly by the staff and even more so by the mgmt when I complained about harrassment by a staff member. These people really need some sensitivity training!

Oh, and PS,.... bland food and awfull cocktails.
